If you're not satisfied with your TryDoggy pillow, you can request a return or refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

How to start a return

Email [email protected] with your order number (found in your confirmation email, or looked up at trydoggy.com/track.html) and the reason for your return. We'll respond with instructions.

Condition of returned items

For hygiene reasons, the pillow's cover must be unworn and returned along with the foam insert. We reserve the right to decline a refund if the product shows signs of use beyond normal inspection.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically issued within 5-10 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact [email protected] within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
